Description: In 2007 this patient had saline, subglandular breast augmentation in a previous city of residence. She has had some "bottoming" out of the implants, more on the right side. In addition, she was concerned about "rippling" of the saline implants. She had an implant exchange to 400cc high profile silicone gel implants placed submuscularly which gave her the desired improvement.
