Dr. Mark A. Jabor is a board-certified plastic surgeon who
has practiced exclusively at Cosmetic Surgery & Laser
Center of El Paso since 2001. With 25 years of private
practice and more than 10,000 procedures performed, he is
known for meticulous surgical planning, technical precision,
and long-standing patient relationships.

A native of El Paso and graduate of Irvin High School and
the University of Texas at El Paso, Dr. Jabor earned his
medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences
Center. He completed a five-year residency in
Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at Tulane
