Description: This patient consulted with Dr. Jabor regarding silicone implants she had implanted in Mexico in the 1980's. She was concerned because of suspected rupture. She scheduled capsulectomy, implant exchange and breast lift. During the surgery, it was confirmed that both implants were ruptured. She also had a mass in the left breast which proved to be benign. She has 290cc gel implants. She recovered well after her procedure.
