Description: Twenty years ago this patient had saline implants placed. Three years ago she exchanged the implants to 650cc silicone gel implants in a sub-glandular position. She states she experienced "rippling" almost immediately and exchanged implants again one year later to 500cc gel implants in the sub-glandular position. She came to Dr.Jabor seeking improvement in the rippling and misshaped appearance of breasts.. Dr. Jabor performed revision surgery changing the implants to :gummie" implants, extra high profile 520cc, placed below the muscle with Seri Scaffolding to support the inframmary fold. This resolved her problem and she is very satisfied with the result.
