Description: This young mother had gastric bypass surgery in 2010. She subsequently lost 130 lbs with resulting skin laxity and rashes of the abdomen requiring use of antibiotic creams for treatment. She decided to have panniculectomy (removal of abdominal skin) as well as buttock lift. Her early results, 7 months after her procedure, show continued improvement. She is very pleased with her results, her ability to participate in more activities and her new wardrobe choices. She will have continued lightening of the incison over the next months.
