Description: This patient had a mastopexy with implants in approximately 2005 in another city. She came into the office requesting implant exchange in 2015. During her procedure, it was determined that both of the original implants were ruptured. She underwent implant exchange to textured 286cc gel implants and site was changed from sub glandular to sub pectoral.. The mastopexy was revised and Seri scaffolding was used to provide support. Her following up photos are relatively soon after her revision surgery, 6 weeks.
