Description: Both the upper and lower eyelids were of concern to this gentleman. He had some vision impairment due to upper eyelid skin laxity and significant fat deposit under the lower lids. He had upper and lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer below the eyes with local anesthesia in the office by Dr. Jabor. He achieved significant improvement. His follow up photos are a couple months after his procedure.
